这个选歌不是给死者的，而是给生者的。尤其是那些心理压力特别大，郁闷，压抑，心慌，撕心裂肺，感到情绪难以排解的朋友们。但凡抒情的、节奏缓慢的都排除没选。我希望可以刺激一点点，爽快一点点。只是一点点。那些阴影挥之不去，我想从歌中找寻一种经历过痛苦后挥挥泪重新面对生活的勇气，一种积极向上的温情。记住过去，记住死者，同舟共济，我们要站起来，我们要重生。

很仓促，都是最近听的歌，新歌居多，随手拿来，没有翻旧账。一共8首。
